Hi, Justice for Peace blogger. U can forget about reporting to HKG police, base on the loop holes of their HKG law! Base on this UGLY FACT! let me tell you about this.... Any Tom & Harry with no valid HKG resident address can open an bank account! (they can use mainland China address) to open a bank account! Again, unlike SG law, Singapore bank require you to proof a Tenancy Agreement or a utility account showing your residence address! in order to open a bank account! In another words these scammers know very well they can get away with it & make use of this HKG law loop hole!
